Job Summary

Our client is looking for a senior national account manager with experience in the Vendor or Distributor arena.  As a Senior National Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility of a portfolio of World Famous designer Brands into the UKs most prestigious Departments and Retailers. Reporting into the National Account Sales Director you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, managing the existing clients and look for opportunities to drive growth.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and execute customer strategies and plans in line with company objective
  • Implement a strategy and objectives for the brands accountable for an assist colleagues to meet these objectives
  • Develop close relationships with Senior Buyers at Head Office level as well as nurturing relationships with Area Mangers and Consultant Sales Managers 
  • Attend regular store visits with the Area Sales Manager to continually gain knowledge of the customer base and market at store level 
  • Support the wider team with growing the business in the long term


The Ideal Candidate

  • High level of understanding of marketing, shopper marketing and category management principles
  • Minimum 4-6 years National Account Manager experience
  • Previous success at managing and implementing cost price changes and retail account management
  • Proven track record in account development
  • Strong analytic sales skills
  • Evidence of strong internal and external stakeholder management 0333 023 0045
